Lab Work
In this section we want to tell everybody our lab-experience.
We want to show you the psbAI promoter genetic characterization, and its sequence, composition, function, regulation or behaviour. Here you can know more about the constructor and how it works.
About Biobricks, they have been designed for produce AHL during the night been controled by psbAI promoter; and constructor parts and structure are explained here .
