Dr. Steven Ripp and Dr. Dan Close provided consultation on our project ideas as well as sample DNA from which we amplified the pSAP, pIRES, and pIRES2 IRESs. Dr. Trinh Cong served as the primary faculty advisor and provided laboratory space. Michael Wierzbicki and Adam Thompson provided guidance on experimental design.
