Dr. Steven Ripp and Dr. Dan Close provided consultation on our project ideas as well as sample DNA from which we amplified the pSAP IRES. Dr. Trinh Cong provided laboratory space. Michael Wierzbicki and Adam Thompson provided guidance on experimental design. Morgan Baltz, Katie Lutes, Genesis Minter, and Akshitha Yarrabothula performed all experiments.
