Ilya

Today we ordered the new set of primers for trying the fusion PCR again starting with the original plasmids. Also, we cut the pLux promoter (BBa R0062) and the linear pSB1C3 with EcoRI and PstI. This is for cloning the promoter into the plasmid as a preparation for the next cloning steps. Tomorrow we will gel purify the promoter, clean the plasmid and set up the ligation over night.
