- Ran a sample of the fusion PCR for Fus2 on a gel. There were some by products but we still got the expected band at ~1200bp.
- Gel purified Fus2 PCR product. Concentration was 17.5 ng/ul in a 50 ul elution volume. In the future, it might be better to do the elution in 25 ul to get higher concentration.
- Measured concentration of the Fus1 PCR products that Asaf and Inbal purified. Fus1 HF: 9.2 ng/ul. Fus1 GC: 6.4 ng/ul.
- Minipreped BBa I0462 and BBa J23119. Concentrations: I0462 - 97.5 ng/ul, J23119 - 92 ng/ul. 98 ul of each left. In the future, it might be better to do the elution in 50 ul to get higher concentration.
- Put starters of BBa I0462 and BBa J23119 for glycerol stock.
