Ilya

- Continued working on parts submission.
- Worked on explanations for our riboswitch results.

Inbal

- 4 starters of In1 part (amp resistance) and 2 starters of T3_pSB1C3 (CM resistance).
- I cut T3 with XbaI and SpeI, I also cut eT7+pSB1AK3 with XbaI and SpeI (for shipping plasmid), and I cut pSB1AK3 with XbaI (for cloning T3 into that plasmid). I ran few microliters on a gel from the first two digestions) and the results weren't such a success.
-A cip reaction for the third deigestion. -I finally cleaned the PCR amplified pTetO+m-cherry and the concentration was ng/ul.
