Enhancing a thermo cyclers cooling capabilities
Sometimes thermo cyclers (those we used) tend to be extremly slow in terms of cooling. The following method reduces the waiting time to a minimum.
Required tools
- glove
- ice
- thermo cycler
Instruction
- Fill a glove with ice
- Put it on the thermo cycler
