Enhancing a thermo cyclers cooling capabilities

Sometimes thermo cyclers (those we used) tend to be extremly slow in terms of cooling. The following method reduces the waiting time to a minimum.

Required tools

  • glove
  • ice
  • thermo cycler

Instruction

  1. Fill a glove with ice
  2. Put it on the thermo cycler
