Title

Transcriptional Terminator Efficiency Calculator (TTEC)

Welcome!!

We are sophomores at SUSTC. During this summer, we studied the efficiency of rho-independent transcription terminators using both theoretical modeling and experimental methods. Here is the overview of our project.
