Team Penn is a tight-knit group of 4 undergraduate members and 3 advisors. Together, we have learned a lot over the last few months. We have taught ourselves different protocols and developed different standards to synchronize our work. Through our participation in iGEM, we have collaborated in learning more about synthetic biology - from the initial construct cloning to the final days of imaging and analysis.
