Follow us !

Week 3

  • We start to design the construction which will permit us to have a bacterium which will be able to change its color with the changing of temperature
  • We start to design the other constructs which will permit us to well characterize our new function, our new application
  • For each construction, we design the primers we will need to put together the biobricks using the Gibson Assembly method
  • Beginning of bibliographical researches on different existing toxins to replace our colored reporter system
