We were lucky to have <b> Lulu Qian </b>, whose work our project is based on, as an advisor to our team. Her feed back on design strategies and technical details for our project is invaluable.

FACS training was conducted by <b>Glenn Paradis</b>, manager of the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research Flow Cytometry Core Facility. Advisor<b> Deepak Mishra </b> also assisted with FACS training , teaching fluorescence microscopy on the Zeiss, operating the confocal microscope, and teaching cloning techniques. <b> Jonathan Babb</b>, another one of our advisors,  also taught cloning techniques and assisted the team with the liquid handling robot. Initial tissue culture training was conducted by <b> Kenneth Hu </b>, a member of the 2011 MIT iGEM team.
