We made 8sapmles to see if Panthotenic acid is nessesary for plastic growth.

Started liquid culture from Aug 7th 11:00 until Aug 9th 09:50.</ br>

Harvest
We did the protocol of Harvest on 8samples.
August 10th
miniprep
We did the method of mini-prep for BBa_K342001(PhaC). We used FastGene Plasmid Mini Kit(Nippon Genetics) and got 50 ul of DNA solutions.
August 11th
DNA sequencing
We took the sequence of BBa_K342001(PhaC).
