Medium composition
LB medium
M9 medium
Add ingredients in the following order:| H2O | 396.2 mL |
| CaCl2 (1M) | 50 µL |
| MgSO4 (1M) | 1 mL |
| Salts (5X) | 100 mL |
| Vitamine B1 (1%) | 250 µL |
The composition for a 2X solution of the salts is the following:
