We wanted to check if the Gibson Assemblies (12/08/01) worked well.<br/>

We did some digestions (<a href="http://2012.igem.org/Team:Grenoble/Biology/Protocols/Restriction">protocol</a>) on GA miniprep (12/08/03). The digestions were achieved with XbaI during 10 minutes.<br/>
