Single Gene Plasmids and Enzyme Characterisation: 20th - 24th August 2012

Monday 20th August (11.00) – PCR amplification of WbbC from BL21(DE3)

Tuesday 21st August (9.00) – PCR amplification of WbbC and FadR from BL21(DE3), Transformation, 3A assembly and Adding Culture to Liquid Medium

Wednesday 22nd August (9.00) – Mini-Prepping, Gel Electrophoresis, 3A assembly and Producing E.coli Competent Cells

Thursday 23rd August (13.00) – Sending Off for Sequencing and Adding Cultures to Liquid Broth
