What is iGEM?

Polysaccharides are literally the best things in the world so we thought we would use them for our iGEM project. Now, they all have a lot of interesting properties so we thought it would be fanbtastic if you could MAKE them from scratch. In essence, we are creating a system for creating polysaccharides on demand by manipulating E.coli.

Igem is literally the best thing in the world, an international competition encouraging both science and creativity. Starting in ..... it has since become world renowned..... We hope to do Exeter proud at the jamboree in Amsterdam! Keep updated here on the wiki and also on our blog!
