Each team must clearly attribute work done by the team on this page. They must distinguish work done by the team from work done by others, including the host labs, advisors, instructors, graduate students, and postgraduate masters students.

• Our Auxin production model and its parameters come from the great work of the 2011 Imperial College team. Nevertheless, as we couldn't find their Matlab implementation we implemented the model ourselves and off course, checked its construction, specifically on the modelling of competing enzyme-substrate complexes. We also adapted it to take into account the variable number of plasmids our protocol implies.
