iGEM Biobrick Rehydration Protocol

• The following is the protocol for rehydrating DNA provided by iGEM:

1. Determine the location of well on specific plate
2. Punch a hole into well using pipette
3. Add 10µl of deionized water and mix
4. Store sample in freezer at -20°C
