Preparation of Primer Stock Protocol
- Protocol for preparing the concentrated primers to be able to be used in DNA sequencing is the following:
- Add 20x primer weight of deionized water to concentrated primer
- Vortex 20 seconds of sample with concentrated primer and deionized water
- Centrifuge for 10 seconds of the sample
- Diluted sample 100x again for use as stock
