Observations of Plates
- Done after spreading transformed cells on LB+Amp plates overnight

Comments:
Successful transformation, negative control has none, positive control has TMTC. However, plasmid concentrations/purity are significantly lower than expected.

Inoculation of cells
- Took 1 colony of cells from DNP and Charlie respectively and inoculated in 3 ml of LB+Amp media
- Left in 37 degree incubator for incubation till next morning
