Risks
There are no cells involved in this procedure so biohazard risks are very small. Coats should still be worn however and gloves are particularly important to prevent contamination from the nucleases found on human skin.
Cold - It is entirely optional to make up Master Mix and store this at -20oc until use. This temperature however can cause freeze burns to the skin in the case of prolonged exposure. If prolonged exposure is necessary, heat proof gloves should be worn.
