Day 19 : 30-07-2012
Today we did a miniprep with the colonies put into pre-culture overnight.
We checked the plasmids concentration with the nanodrop.
Day 20 : 31-07-2012
Today we started the assembly of the first operon.
We checked the restrictions of I.A and I.C
They seem to have worked well.
Day 23 : 03-08-2012
Today we digested and ligated Biobricks IA and IB. We then transformed the plasmids by electroporation.
