We successfully produced purified and identified an active E. coli BL21-Laccase (CueO named ECOL). Results

Bielefeld2012 haken grau.jpg
We successfully designed a shuttle vector for site-directed integration in P. pastoris which allows the production and secretion of a protein of interest. Results

Bielefeld2012 haken grau.jpg
We successfully produced purified and identified an active Bacillus pumilus DSM 27-Laccase (CotA named BPUL). Results

Bielefeld2012 haken grau.jpg
We successfully produced, purified an active Thermus thermophilus HB27-Laccase (tthL named TTHL). Results

Bielefeld2012 haken grau.jpg
We successfully produced an active Bacillus halodurans C-125e-Laccase (Lbh1 named BHAL). Results

Bielefeld2012 haken grau.jpg
Successful characterization of the activity of B. pumilus Laccase regarding the oxidization of ABTS under different conditions. Results

Bielefeld2012 haken grau.jpg
Successful characterization of the activity of E. coli Laccase regarding the oxidization of ABTS under different conditions. Results

Bielefeld2012 haken grau.jpg
Successful measurements of enzyme activity of T. thermophilus Laccase. Results

We successfully immobilized Trametes versicolor-Laccase (named TVEL0) and measured their activity. Results

Bielefeld2012 haken grau.jpg
We successfully immobilized E. coli BL21-Laccase (CueO named ECOL) and measured their activity. Results

Bielefeld2012 haken grau.jpg
We successfully immobilized Bacillus pumilus DSM 27-Laccase (CotA named BPUL) and measured their activity. Results

Bielefeld2012 haken grau.jpg
We successfully improved a BioBrick by clarifying its true function. Results

Bielefeld2012 haken grau.jpg
We successfully create our own database to organize our samples. Results
