Project Achievments

We successfully produced purified and identified a active E. coli BL21- Laccase (CueO named ECOL) Results

We successfully designed a shuttle vector for site-directed integration in P. pastoris which allows the production and secretion of a protein of interest.Results

We successfully produced purified and identified a active Bacillus pumilus DSM 27 -Laccase (CotA named BPUL) Results

We successfully produced, purified a active Thermus thermophilus HB27- Laccase (tthL named TTHL) Results

We successfully produced a active Bacillus halodurans C-125e -Laccase (Lbh1 named BHAL) Results
We estabilished a methode for degradation with our self produced laccases. The LC-MS and HPLC analytics showed that our laccaes are able to degradate the hormonal substrates; Estradiol, Esteron and Ethinyl estradiol Results
