Shuttle buses will be arranged from Regal Riverside Hotel to HKUST on 5-7th October, shuttle bus schedule to be confirmed.






October 4th, 2012 – October 8, 2012

Room Type: Deluxe room (single / twin)

Room Rate: HK$1,280+10% service charge per room per night at room only basis

Extra Bed: HK$300+10% service charge

Breakfast: A supplement of HK$100+10% service charge per meal

Payment: All expenses will be settled by guest upon check out.

Booking Guarantee: Guest’s credit card information to guarantee booking upon reservation.

Others: Cancellation Policy, Early out and rest of terms & conditions remain unchanged and same as previous booking form.

Reservations must be made directly with hotel and can be made by completing and returning the reservation form to rrh.dos@regalhotel.com

The conference rate deadline was September 4, 2012. Any remaining unreserved guest rooms in the block will be released after this cutoff date. Any reservations received after the cut-off date will be taken on a room available basis and the group rate is no longer guaranteed.
