Some of the products of the previous iGEM Jamborees are the iGEM from Above photographs, the presentation videos, posters, and other materials. The use of these materials was made possible due to the existence of a filled-out release form from every person attending the Jamboree. We must do the same for this year's Jamborees. In order to comply with the law, every person attending the Asia Regional Jamboree must fill out a release form. There is a copy of the form (see below) on the iGEM wiki that you should print, fill out, and bring with you to the Asia Regional Jamboree. Note: Team leaders, you must have a filled-out release form for each member of your team that is on the official roster before you can pick up your team member badges and team box. There will also be blank copies available at registration for you to fill out if you need another copy. If you have any questions or need further clarification, feel free to ask an iGEM staff member.
All participants should sign an agreement licensing our recordings and other content generated from the Jamboree as Creative Commons 3.
I (We), the undersigned individual(s), grant the iGEM Foundation (“iGEM”), located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, U.S.A. and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology ("HKUST"), located in Clear Water Bay, Hong Kong, the perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free right and license to:

Grantor represents that he or she possesses all rights necessary to grant this permission for and in connection with the Purpose.
This grant of rights is made voluntarily by me. I further agree to release and forever discharge iGEM and HKUST, their agents, employees, and designated representatives, from any and all claims in law or equity that I, my heirs or personal representatives, have or shall have, arising out of Recordings.
