Serial Dilutions

• Grow overnight culture of Normal Origami cells, Normal Origami cells exposed to IPTG, Transformed Origami cells exposed to IPTG

• Grown in ~5mL LB media

• Prepare 24 1.5mL eppendorf tubes filled with 450uL of LB media (3 rows of 8 eppendorf tubes)
• Pipette 50uL of each cell culture into 3 of the eppendorf tubes prepared
• Mix the eppendorf tube thoroughly with a pipette tip
• Pipette 50uL of mixed solution from the eppendorf tubes and transfer into another eppendorf tube of LB media
• Continue process 8 times
