Inoculate plate culture for Bs strain 1A1 and 1A747 received today

• Place spore-ridden filter disks (3x) of Bs strains 1A1 (168) and 1A747 (PY79) from BGSC on LB plates
• Rehydrate disks with a few drops of LB broth
• Incubate plates overnight at 37 ^oC
