1) First Secretion System

Working Plasmid

This is an intermediate plasmid that we used to build the GFP Reporter Plasmid an the Protease Producer Plasmid.

GFP Reporter Plasmid

Protease Producer Plasmid

This construct induces the expression of the HIV protease.
