Director of key laboratory of child development and learning science research center; director of the academic council in BME department; deputy director of the academic council in southeast university.
Professor Lu took charge of a variety of scientific researches, including National 863 Program, NFSC and so on. He is outstanding in molecular electronics and biochip. Meanwhile, he has published more than one hundred of papers in fundamental journals in domestic and abroad. Also, Professor Lu has achieved the second prize twice and the third prize from the State Education Commission in science and technology, and obtained a host of recognized patents.
Associate professor of Biomedical Engineering school, Southest University; tutor of postgraduate; vice president of the school of Biomedical Engineering. His major research involves the processing and analyzing of biomedical signals. He won the third prize of the Technical Progressing Prize in Jiangsu Province and has published several papers.
Associate professor of Biomedical Engineering school, Southest University; tutor of postgraduate. He takes charge of one national natural science fund project and one project of the national 973 Program. His major researches involve research and development in pragmatic biochip technology, preparation and application in DNA microarray chip, development and application based on high throughput DNA sequencing technology and so on.
Professor of the State Key Laboratory of Bioelectronics; doctorial supervisor. His major researches involve the high throughput, high sensitive detecting and analyzing techniques of DNA Binding Protein (especially in sequence-specific transcription factor), the research of the construction and application of pathway and network of gene transcription regulation and so on. Meanwhile, Professor Wang is responsible for three national natural science fund project and published a large number of papers.
Senior engineer of Biomedical Engineering school, Southest University. She won the second prize of the Progressing Prize of science and technology in 1988 from the state education commission and long engaged in education of undergraduate and college students' extra-curricular studies. Her main research is medical electronics, the application of microcomputer in biomedical, medical electronics foundation and so on.
Professor of School of Public Health of Southest University; doctorial supervisor; vice president of SEU. His research majors in the evaluation of environment pollution and health damage, biological material construction and so on. He also takes charge of several projects of national natural funding research and won the national prize for many times.

During this summer holiday, Mr He provided us help, from experiment and design to facility maintaining. He also gave us much guidance about the basic requirement of various documentary preparation and presentation.
A decent girl native-born in this fascinating city, Nanjing. She is charismatic in leadership, owing her special appeal to fellows around her ,and able to promote her team members to fully develop their abilities. To insure the team’s sound operation cost this seemed a little delicate but persistent girl a vast of time and energy. As the saying goes: after the storm, we believe it is the same to her - after difficult training, the fruit of happiness will come to her eventually.
Stubborn is the word I would like to leave to this girl and it meets her taste as well. She is a girl who would like to spend any her owes getting what she want. (That is enough for most of our life). Her work in this game varied constantly from experiment to human practice. This girl is considered agile but sometimes seems a little reckless. During this summer, she once kindled her right hand, but fortunately, her fond on experiment wasn’t buried out…
He is absolutely a genius in the area no matter whether it is his major! This can be testified by his masterwork of modeling in our group, considering its sophisticated reasoning and professional knowledge in biology, which used not to be his cup of tea. Meanwhile, as a rare male partner in our group, he keeps behaving with an outstanding manful manner, which encourages the remaining team members and provides a host of support in both physical labor and intellectual guidance.
A quiet girl from Anhui Province. Her strength is on paper-related literature reading. In the first stage of preparation for competition, she was dedicated in the fundamental knowledge accumulation and project description. She is an independent lady and what she determines to do is always following her own procedure, invariable by others.
A girl adept in collecting and summarizing various information, completing heavy and complicated tasks, and providing unexpected ideals in particular area. With large experience in plasmid-extracting and germ culturing, she has developed into a meticulous and attentive expert in biomedical experiment. Been born in Yangzhou City of Jiangsu Province, a well-known beauty’s hometown, she is constantly a feast to our eyes.
A smart boy from medical school. Having a good knowledge in medical science, he often acted as an adviser on the principle of our project. Even more remarkably, his perception in art is also superb and with many years’ learning and exercising, his freehand painting is brilliant, penetrating in the comprehension of the integrity and building it up visually to the paper. In our wiki pages, there are quite a few works coming from his hardworking.
A cute girl in our team, who owes a talent in plasmid selection, gene analysis and experiment design, and a peerless hunch in troubleshooting. During her hardworking time, she acquired a nickname, a little Pokemon, from our venerable and amiable senior fellow apprentice, Chunpeng He. Rui is also characterized as a tenacious girl, with a strong will in doing what she likes to do.
An energetic girl with appreciative long hair. In the period of project completing, she devoted most of her time in the team, laborious and selfless in the game, while she also did a good job in her own curriculum. In her slim and petite figure, there is a mighty spirit wandering all the time. When we feel depressed and fatigued, her warm smile will cheer us up immediately, like a beam of light across the leaves of the tree layers.
A gentle belle with a strong science background. At first sight, this slender girl from the Huai River Basin may seem quiet, but actually she is a jubilant and lively girl who will bring delight to her cooperators, forming a relaxed and cozy atmosphere, reconciling mutually conflicting opinions from different people around her and reaching an agreement of problem solving. Her illustration in aesthetics improved our wiki design, whilst her proficient skill in science is never to be neglected on the modeling.
A girl good at communication. Her task is mainly in human practice. By contacting and exchanging experiences with the team from Nanjing University, she constructed the framework of this sub item. From her many friends’ view, she is an enthusiastic girl, even if first meeting with others, she can abridge the gap between unfamiliar people, promoting the harmony of the whole team.
Southeast University (SEU) is one of the national key universities administered directly under the Ministry of Education of China. It is also one of the first universities accredited by the State Council to determine and approve the qualifications of professors, associate professors and doctorial supervisors. It is also one of the universities of Project 211 and Program 985 that is financed by the central government to build as a world-class university.
Southeast University is one of the oldest institutions of higher learning in China. its origin can be traced back to 1902, when it was founded as Sanjiang Normal College. Then, it evolved as: Nanjing Higher Normal School, National Southeast University and National Central University. During the nationwide restructuring of institutions of higher learning in 1952, Nanjing Institute of Technology was established on the original site of National Central University. In May 1988, the university was renamed Southeast University. And in April 2000, Nanjing Railway Medical College, Nanjing College of Communications and Nanjing Geological School were merged into the university, whose main campus is located at the center of the ancient capital city of Nanjing, a sacred place for education since the Ming Dynasty. At present, Southeast University has campuses such as Sipailou ,Jiulonghu and Dingjiaqiao, covering a total area of 427 hectares.
Now, Southeast University has become a comprehensive university of high reputation comprised of various Schools&departments of science, engineering, art, social sciences, law, economics, management, languages, etc., with engineering as its focus. The university boasts over 34 schools or departments with 64undergraduate disciplines in all. It also has 20 post-doctoral stations, and offers 95 PhD programs and 208 Master programs; it holds a national lead in architecture, civil engineering, electronics, information technology, energy, power engineering, and transportation technology. The total number of faculty and staff is 6000, including 1300 full or associate professors, 450 doctoral supervisors, 9 academicians of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Academy of Engineering, 28 " Cheung Kong Scholar" Professors. At present, the full-time students number over 27000, of whom about 10000 are postgraduates.
Southeast University encourages the school spirit of "rigor, truthfulness, unity and diligence", i.e., adopting the rigorous, truthful, realistic scientific attitude and working spirit of full cooperation. It has turned out more than 200000 excellent personnel, among whom there are 153 academicians. With the quality education strengthened, its graduates not only have excellent theoretical competence and practical skills, but also possess a wide range of knowledge and abilities. Its average undergraduate employment rate goes beyond 99% upon graduation.
Southeast University is one of the top 10 universities in scientific research and development in China. It has over 20 national or provincial research institutes, with a number of key research bases. It’s research fund exceeded RMB 646 million in 2007. the SEU Architecture Design and Research Institute, which is one of the few national first-class design institutes, have undertaken various major projects. SEU’s affiliated Zhongda Hospital, which was set up in 1935, is one of the first hospitals in Jiangsu Province that were assessed as "Class A Grade 3" hospitals by the State Ministry of Public Health.

National Laboratory of Molecular and Biomolecular Electronics, which is subordinate to the Educational Department of China, is situated at Southeast University(SEU), in the center of the ancient city of Nanjing, JiangSu Province, China, with convenient transportation and communication.
In 1983, the Laboratory of Molecular and Biomolecular Electronics was proposed by Prof.Yu Wei, a distinguished female electronic engineering scientist,who was the president of SEU and now the vice-master of the Educational Affairs Department. Two years later, the laboratory became a reality. At the end of 1992, it was opened to the public with approval of the State Educational Commission. In June of 1992,the laboratory was given the name of Chien-Shiung Wu Laboratory in recognition of the world famous physist Dr.Chien-Shiung Wu. In Aug. 1999,it was appointed to the key laboratory by Ministry of Education.
The long-term direction of researches focuses on molecular electronics, a rapidly developing interdisciplinary subject in the world with a long-term goal of studying and designing a new generation of electronic devices: molecular electronic devices and bionic information processing systems. The main research areas include nanometer functional molecular material and its assembly technology, energy and information transfer at the molecular level, molecular optical switches and storage systems, molecular and biomolecular sensors, molecular design, principles and systems of molecular computing.The laboratory possess an excellent research team composed of young researchers holding higher academic degrees with different scientific expertise in electronics,chemestry,biochemestry,physics and computer science.
